Things to do:
- Harvest any remaining produce from frost intolerant plants like tomatoes, peppers, squashes, celeriac, etc.
- Cover frost tolerant crops like lettuce, kale, chard, broccoli, etc. with a sheet, row cover, plastic, etc a couple of hours before sundown
- Build a cold-frame or hot house for late fall/early winter gardening. We will talk more about this in a post later in the week.
